"I was a client and I called for an explanation of one of my policies and was told that I would get a call back the next day and I never got the return phone call so I called the following week and I had to leave a message and did not get a response until the end of the work day and the young lady could not understand the problem that I had and her attitude was evident that she did not know the answer and really was not concern to give a definitive answer to my issue that I was having. So I hope that they have better customer training on returning phone calls and finding out the customer concerns and not assuming what the issue is and finding out the correct answer or solution to the issue. Insurance is expensive and there is no time to spend money for a service that you do not need. Please don't assume, get the correct answer and return the phone call in a timely manner, per the customer request. or follow up like its your own policy. Training in customer service would eliminate some of the issues."
